As a key member of our dynamic business, you will develop and execute sales plans for key accounts, translating targets and segment strategy into monthly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for key accounts, aligning with quarterly business plans and market requirements.
  • Oversee key account planning and execution, ensuring optimal forecast fulfillment and channel inventory levels.
  • Manage and negotiate key account promotional plans to maximize return on investment and alignment with product strategy.
  • Collaborate with retailer and supply chain management teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a National Account Manager or National Account Executive with strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, influencing, and selling skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation.
