About the Role

Mainfreight, a leading logistics company, offers an exciting career advancement opportunity for a Sales Cadet. This 12-18 month hands-on experience will equip you with in-depth knowledge of key transport functions such as depot operations, administration, and customer service.

Upon completion of your sales cadetship, you will transition into a customer-facing sales representative role, enjoying a company car, laptop, and mobile. Your individual new business target within a supportive team environment will foster growth and success.

Skill Requirements

  • Prior sales experience is desired but not necessary.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a 'can-do' attitude are essential.
  • You should be promotable, self-motivated, driven, and eager to develop and succeed.
  • Strong written, verbal, and oral skills are crucial.
  • Enjoy interacting with people and have a curious mind with a genuine interest in supply chain and logistics.
  • Aptitude for self-learning and taking initiative towards professional development is vital.
  • Immaculate presentation is expected.
