Job Title: Bid Manager

At Worldline, we are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our high-performance bid management team. As a key member of our Sales Support structure, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team in achieving their portfolio growth aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and own the end-to-end project management of allocated bid opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of compliant, benchmark-raising, and commercially sound bids.
  • Work collaboratively with a focused team of Bid Managers to ensure the successful delivery of bids through to submission.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to the bid function, ensuring consistency and quality are maintained.
  • Manage the proposal review process, identifying and implementing enhancements to the bid database and toolkit.
  • Proactively work with key stakeholders, Sales and Product teams, to ensure the successful delivery of bids.
Requirements:
  • Proven project management experience, with a strong background in tender writing or formal qualifications.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office or app suite.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability within the workplace, working within deal timeline constraints.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
