Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a pursuit framework and sales bid validation process to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
- Manage and allocate bid team resources effectively, prioritizing pursuits and supporting bid team members to manage multiple and conflicting bid timelines.
- Action bid management activities for complex deals, ensuring consistency and quality is maintained.
- Support sales teams to maximize win rates and drive business growth.
- Manage the proposal review process and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company and group bid management processes, including risk tracking and mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, sales and product teams to enhance the bid database and toolkit.
- Provide bid budget and performance tracking reports to the Head of Sales Support.
- Implement targeted training programs to enhance sales and win rate capability.
- Set the standard for bid schedule management, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
- Proven experience in bid management, with a strong track record of delivering complex proposal submissions.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office or 365 app suite.
- Bachelor of Communications, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Experience in handling the full end-to-end process of bid opportunities, including sales, business development, and content/copywriting.
- Deep knowledge of the market and a strong understanding of payments or banking sales.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in team leadership, with a proven ability to drive results and achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
