Role Overview: The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development and Bid teams. The complexity and scale of our bidding processes require exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis. The Commercial team is tasked with delivering precise and timely analyses that underpin high-level reports and presentations, incorporating both numerical data and critical commercial interpretations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to senior management and bid teams throughout the tendering process, offering technical expertise and commercial insights.
- Oversee the application and integrity of financial models, ensuring they remain current and relevant.
- Comprehend the broader context and objectives surrounding contract negotiations.
- Effectively communicate complex financial information to a diverse range of senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess approximately 5 years of experience in supporting large bid and tender processes, with a preference for experience in Social Infrastructure transactions. A deep understanding of financial models as they apply to commercial contracts is essential. Candidates should have a background in either a Service Provider or Advisory role, having participated in significant transactions, such as PPP deals, and possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the deal lifecycle.
