Job Overview
The Role of Relationship Manager is a pivotal position at our organization, responsible for overseeing and driving the overall performance of multiple services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service Leaders to foster a cohesive team environment where families and service contacts feel valued and supported.
- Support Operations Managers in delivering Strategic Plans on time and within budget.
- Provide transparent reporting on actions taken to achieve Strategic Plan objectives.
- Ensure adherence to all policies and assist in developing associated procedures.
- Develop and maintain position descriptions and performance reviews for Service Leaders that align with organizational values and strategic plans.
- Effectively manage and delegate tasks to Service Leaders as needed.
- Address and respond to issues affecting service delivery and communicate actions as per established procedures.
- Listen to and address stakeholder concerns.
- Facilitate regular hub meetings and ensure action items are recorded and delivered.
- Nurture strong relationships with School Principals and Governing Councils.
- Strengthen relationships between educator teams and families and children in our care.
- Assist in identifying quality Service Leaders and recruiting educators.
- Support Service Leaders in building high-performing teams and promoting accountability.
- Implement communication tools as identified in the Strategic Plan to build trust between educators and families.
- Improve recording, reporting, and interaction outcomes with and between Service Leaders, School Principals, Governing Councils, and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with Licence and Service Agreements (LSA) and report on adherence.
- Recommend actions to Governing Councils to accommodate demand and ensure service sustainability.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with client contract managers.
- Experience managing multi-site teams, particularly in rural settings, and a willingness to travel to services within your remit.
- Experience handling escalated complaints from initial inquiries.
- Confidence working with Site Managers to set and achieve goals, and managing underperformance.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Contribution to building a positive reputation among stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- History of involvement in Quality Assurance and Compliance.
- Willingsness to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under relevant legislation.
- Good references from previous employment.
- Refined computer skills, advanced MS Office Suite proficiency, and ability to hold or obtain required certifications.
