About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Builder to join our team. As a Local Business Banker, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with Small Business customers.

You will work closely with referral partners and our banking channels to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be embedded locally, working out of one of our branches, and find ways to build that customer base through effective external and internal referral networks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in Small Business and Home Lending
  • Proven ability to find and generate new business in the financial sector and local market
  • Strong people skills and ability to build networks
  • Track record of delivering results that exceed customer expectations
  • Strong business acumen and organisational skills
