We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Ecosystem Builder and Partnership Strategist. This is a unique opportunity to build and support our tech ecosystem, leading revenue-generating partnership efforts within the tech community.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships, events, and programs that foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, deal flow, and revenue within the innovation ecosystem. They will identify and leverage opportunities to increase value for both the fund and portfolio companies through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships, events, and programs to drive collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and revenue within the innovation ecosystem.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to increase value for both the fund and portfolio companies through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Oversight of cross-functional initiatives to generate revenue and resources, maintaining accountability and efficiency across investment, operations, and accelerator or incubator programs.
  • Implement and refine internal processes, tools, and systems to support agile decision-making and seamless collaboration.
  • Plan and execute high-priority projects, ensuring timely progress, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success within tech startups, venture funds, innovation labs, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record in cultivating partnerships and collaborations within the U.S. tech ecosystem/accelerators.
  • Revenue mindset with proven success in generating revenue and resources for startups.
  • Operational and project management skills with 3-5 years of professional experience driving complex initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills to forge alliances that increase value for both the fund and portfolio companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
