Business Analyst Role

This contract/permanent position is available with a forward-thinking organisation based in Canberra, committed to innovation and growth. The Business Analyst will play a key role within a collaborative project delivery team, supporting valued clients.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment and must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 or higher security clearance. Experience working in a ServiceNow environment is highly regarded.


Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements
  • Develop process models, workflows and user stories for Agile teams
  • Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support solution design and ensure business needs are met
  • Provide ongoing stakeholder support and report on progress, risks and issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Solid understanding of business analysis best practices and methodologies
  • Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management and user story creation
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and clarify business objectives
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools
