Job Title: Technical ServiceNow Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore ServiceNow's capabilities before considering custom builds.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency through code reviews and quality control.
  • Develop scoped applications, workflows, and UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements.
  • Provide expertise to support platform growth and development.
  • Present ServiceNow solutions to stakeholders and business teams.
  • Develop innovative solutions to technical issues.
  • Maintain software quality through test cases.
  • Document code and application functionality.
  • Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends and technologies.
Requirements and Experience:
  • A degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • ServiceNow certifications, including CSA and CIS.
  • Experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development.
  • Ability to create build documentation and solution designs.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
