Job Description

As a ServiceNow expert, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects and services to clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Technical Expertise: Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business needs.
  • Exploration: Investigate and test ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities before considering custom builds.
  • Quality Control: Conduct code reviews and ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Application Development: Create scoped applications, workflows, and other UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements.
  • Guidance and Expertise: Provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.
  • Presentation: Present ServiceNow solutions to business teams and stakeholders.
  • Debugging: Resolve technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Testing: Produce and execute test cases to maintain software quality.
  • Documentation: Document code and application functionality.
