This is a unique chance to showcase your expertise as a seasoned ServiceNow developer and contribute to delivering platform solutions for the upcoming financial year. You will be instrumental in providing high-quality support, advice, and custom development services for the Enterprise Service Management and Workflow Automation Platform.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of developing efficient and scalable solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, assess platform needs, and develop innovative solutions.

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between different systems, maintaining high code quality, and implementing best practices throughout the development process. Additionally, you will conduct knowledge transfer on administration and development within the ServiceNow platform, helping to grow the capabilities of the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement technical specifications.
  • Design and implement robust workflows, integrations, and custom applications to drive business efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and maintenance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development, continuously improving skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow development, preferably in a similar role or capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
