Overview

Contract/Permanent role with Vectiq (Top 20 AFR Fast Starter for 2024).

The Business Analyst will play a key role within a collaborative project delivery team, supporting our valued clients.

Location

Canberra: Hybrid work arrangement

Key Criteria
  • Must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 or higher security clearance
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience working in a ServiceNow environment
Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Develop process models, workflows, and user stories for Agile teams
  • Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support solution design and ensure business needs are met
  • Provide ongoing stakeholder support and report on progress, risks, and issues
About You
  • Experience in ServiceNow will be highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of business analysis best practices and methodologies
  • Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and user story creation
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and clarify business objectives
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar)
