As the only Canberra-based company featured in the AFR Fast Starters List for 2024, we're on an exciting journey and looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will work as an integral part of a collaborative project delivery team to support our Federal Government client.

LOCATION:

Hybrid in Canberra, ACT

KEY CRITERIA

  • Must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 or higher security clearance
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • Preferred: Experience working in a ServiceNow environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Develop process models, workflows, and user stories for Agile teams
  • Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support solution design and ensure business needs are met
  • Provide ongoing stakeholder support and report on progress, risks, and issues

ABOUT YOU

  • Solid understanding of business analysis best practices and methodologies
  • Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and user story creation
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and clarify business objectives
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar)
  • Experience in ServiceNow will be highly regarded
