Business Analyst
to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will play a key role within a collaborative project delivery team, supporting our valued clients.
Location
Canberra: Hybrid work arrangement
Key Criteria
Must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 or higher security clearance
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Experience working in a ServiceNow environment
Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Develop process models, workflows, and user stories for Agile teams
Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams
Support solution design and ensure business needs are met
Provide ongoing stakeholder support and report on progress, risks, and issues
About You
Experience in ServiceNow will be highly regarded
Solid understanding of business analysis best practices and methodologies
Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and user story creation
Ability to facilitate workshops and clarify business objectives
Proficiency with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar)
