ServiceNow Solutions Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing ServiceNow applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions. They will also collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing ServiceNow solutions including scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisations.
  • Collaborating with business analysts and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Providing advanced technical support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
  • Ensuring system stability and performance by performing regular maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a ServiceNow developer with strong scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisation skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and prototypes.
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing ServiceNow applications; strong debugging and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in agile methodologies and collaboration across cross-functional teams, willingness to train and mentor junior staff, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and functionalities.
