Job Description

The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests within a designated building. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As the first point of contact, greet visitors with a friendly demeanor, issue passes, and adhere to security protocols.
  • Make a lasting impression by answering phone calls professionally, creating engaging presentations, and communicating effectively with diverse groups.
  • Arrange and confirm activities such as dining, recreational, and business events on behalf of requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, coordinating workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
  • Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and colleagues in a professional and customer-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, securing event space, setup and teardown, and delivery of supplies.
  • Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying relevant parties to ensure the safety of all individuals.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying goods and services to the workplace.
  • Clearly explain detailed information within the team, following specific directions provided by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow standard work routines and apply knowledge accordingly.
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
