Workplace Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Operations Specialist to oversee daily facilities management across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
About the Role:- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment, addressing any reactive issues promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to deliver high-quality services in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage budgets and expenditure within approved delegations, including invoice approvals.
- Nurture relationships with clients, landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably across commercial or government portfolios.
- Strong vendor management and contractor coordination skills.
- Awareness of statutory, regulatory, and workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance obligations.
- Solid financial management capability, including budget oversight and invoice approvals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
