Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cultural Workplace Specialist to assist with general HR functions, advise employees and management, and provide support on recruitment, policies, employee relations, workers compensation, performance reviews, grievance handling, and company culture.

The Role:

This specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, job advertisements, screening, interviews, reference checking, probity checking, letters of offer, onboarding, and induction. They will also create position descriptions and work closely with line management groups to build and implement solutions.

  • Recruitment Management: Responsible for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection.
  • HR Advisory Services: Provides guidance and support to employees and management on various HR matters, including policy interpretation, employment law compliance, and conflict resolution.
  • Grievance Handling and Investigations: Manages the grievance process, conducts investigations, identifies causes, and analyzes data to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR advisory roles.
  • Proven administrative skills and experience working with HR systems and generating reports.
