Acumen Health is seeking a specialist to deliver high-quality services in workplace health, injury management and safety.

The successful candidate will utilise clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel with physical and/or psychological injuries.

  • A multidisciplinary team approach will be adopted to provide holistic care and support the journey from rehab to healing.
  • Perform assessments based on expertise, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite or ergonomic assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists and allied health professionals, to develop and implement rehabilitation plans.
  • Focus on service delivery outcomes as KPIs and person-centred goal setting.

This role offers flexibility with set working hours, allowing for a work/life balance. Early starts and finishes at HMAS Albatross are available, along with options for part-time work or hybrid arrangements.

Direct interaction, mentoring and onboarding will be provided to build technical knowledge and expertise.
