We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Exceptional Workplace Experience Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our visitors and occupants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless and enjoyable interactions with our clients.

You will play a crucial supporting role in delivering exceptional services across various core areas, including Front of House (Reception), Concierge, Placemaking Support, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events, and Meeting Coordination.

This position involves regular periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout your workday.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least two years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.

Your strong customer-centric mindset and adaptability will enable you to effectively address the needs and preferences of our visitors and employees.

You should possess excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset when addressing challenges.
