Workplace Specialist - Interior Fitout and Refurbishment

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in construction and project coordination?

We're seeking a Workplace Specialist to join our team of approachable experts who thrive on building innovative, progressive workplaces. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing all project-related documentation, including contract management, document control, and WHS compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining project commencement management documents, such as dilapidation reports and procurement schedules.
  • Issuing head contracts and subcontractor agreements, including supplier warranties and guarantees.
  • Facilitating commercial payments and processing creditor claims and retention invoices.
  • Compiling handover documentation and assisting with defects.
  • Monitoring program initiatives and updating program documentation.
  • Preparing project status reports and scheduling site, project, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial fitout and refurbishment.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated to develop your career within the construction industry.
