Workplace Culture Specialist

Shape our workplace culture as a dynamic specialist with Schréder ANZ.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert employee relations support, acting as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, concerns and grievances.
- Coaching and supporting managers in managing employee performance issues, including conducting training on goal setting, performance reviews and performance management processes.
- Assisting in managing the performance development process, ensuring timely and effective completion of quarterly and annual reviews in partnership with the HR Business Partner.
- Developing, communicating and ensuring compliance with HR policies, staying up to date with legislative changes and implementing necessary updates across the organisation.
- Leading recruitment and onboarding activities by participating in selection processes, interviewing candidates when required, and coordinating comprehensive new starter inductions.
- Supporting and driving key HR initiatives and programs, including employee engagement surveys, talent management, diversity and inclusion projects, and sustainability efforts.
- Managing and maintaining accurate HR data and records in the HR Information System (HRIS), preparing regular reports and ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Overseeing Work Health and Safety (WHS) responsibilities alongside the QA Systems Manager, ensuring all legal obligations are met, WHS policies are current, training requirements are fulfilled, and the organisation is prepared for audits.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organising employee recognition activities such as quarterly birthday and work anniversary celebrations.
