Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, including developing and implementing account plans, conducting regular meetings and reviews, and ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Manage client accounts, including communication, issue resolution, and reporting.
Requirements

To be successful as a Client Relationship Manager, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as experience working with clients in a similar industry.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
