Client Relationship Manager Role

The Client Relationship Manager role is responsible for supporting high-net-worth clients, including private banks, charities, non-profit organizations, and family offices.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with account managers to provide training, update clients on changes and enhancements, and support the sales process for new accounts.

This role includes interstate travel to support existing business relationships, establish new connections, and participate in ongoing training.

About You:

  • You have a successful track record in client relationship management.
  • You have knowledge of the market and relevant platforms.
  • You will be required to address daily training and development needs, provide support, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You hold a post-graduate education certification and must comply with regulatory requirements.
  • You have familiarity with financial products and/or the competitive landscape.
  • You have strong communication skills: this role is all about collaboration and communication.
  • You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
