As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for warm leads from various channels. Your role is to understand their investment goals and budget, and explain how our property and finance services can help them achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Build rapport quickly with clients on the phone and via other communication channels.
- Understand client needs and preferences, and match them with our suitable solutions.
- Explain complex property and finance concepts in simple language, ensuring clear understanding among clients.
- Capture relevant information and follow up with clients as needed.
- Guide unqualified leads on next steps to become investment-ready.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2C appointment setting, sales support, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Curiosity about property and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in using Mac, CRM, email, SMS, and live chat systems.
