Event Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks at once, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
The role of Event Coordinator involves providing administrative support, liaising with exhibitors, suppliers, and contractors, and coordinating event logistics and general operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing a large number of stakeholders using project management tools like Monday.com.

- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments
- A strong team player and natural problem solver
- Familiar with project management tools like Monday.com (or quick to learn)
- Friendly and professional with clients and colleagues
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work in events and gain experience in event coordination. While previous experience is preferred, it is not essential. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.
