Key Responsibilities:- Crew Management:
- Scheduling and booking crew for all projects and events to ensure the right skills and experience are utilized.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of crew availability, skills, and certifications.
- Coordinating crew travel, accommodation, and onsite logistics as required.
- Managing crew timesheets and work reports for payroll and billing purposes.
- Developing and implementing crew training programs to enhance skill levels.
- Logistics and Equipment Coordination:
- Collaborating with clients to coordinate AV equipment allocation, preparation, and transport as needed.
- Overseeing the organization and loading of freight for efficient transportation.
- Booking and managing vehicle transport for crew and equipment.
- Ensuring smooth cross-state event operations, including flight and accommodation arrangements when necessary.
- Communication, Administration, and Reporting:
- Working closely with account managers to deliver exceptional client services and event logistics support.
- Nurturing strong relationships with clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identifying and resolving logistical or scheduling issues that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate project records, budgets, run sheets, and expense tracking documents.
- Compiling and analyzing feedback from clients, team members, and crew to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
