About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demi Chef to join our dynamic team at AccorHotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, contributing to the creation of innovative and delicious dishes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
