About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our hotel's standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to menu design and development, including seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
  • Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with legislative standards.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and promoting a positive working culture.
About You

  • Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of current food trends.
