Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Integrated Project Services Full time

IPS is a pioneer in the application of single-source, integrated EPCMV for technically complex facilities. We have developed and implemented a lean integrated project delivery model that addresses the entire project life cycle.

This role will manage the storage and transmission of project documents produced by IPS, clients, and vendors/subcontractors/consultants, ensuring compliance with corporate document conventions and project-specific requirements.

You will work with project managers to establish document distribution plans and maintain document distribution systems and schedules based on client, project, and contractor requirements.

Expedite review, approval, and distribution of supplier and internally produced project documents. Establish and maintain paper and electronic files according to corporate requirements and generate reports to meet project needs.

Support preparation of transmittals for engineering and procurement documents, arrange cataloging, packaging, long-term storage, and disposal of project documents at project closeout.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of document control experience in the A/E/C industry
  • Understanding of GMP requirements required
  • Life sciences experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with software (Procore, BIM360, Bluebeam Studio) would be a bonus
  • QA experience a bonus as well
  • Desirous of learning new skills and taking on new challenges

The estimated salary range for this position in Melbourne, Australia is AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per year.
