Construction Documentation Specialist for Suburban Rail Loop

Suburban Connect, a consortium comprising CPB Contractors, ACCIONA and Ghella, has been selected by the Victorian Government to deliver the first major tunnelling package on the Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East project.
The package includes construction of a 16-kilometre section of the project's twin tunnels, including tunnelling between Cheltenham and Glen Waverley, 55 safety cross passages between the tunnels, station boxes at Clayton and Monash, and the construction of portals - the entrances and exits to the tunnels - at the stabling facility.
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Construction Documentation Specialist to contribute to the effectiveness of our projects by providing effective document and data control services that ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected, and filed.
- Implementing document control processes in accordance with project requirements;
- Ensuring document submissions conform to project document formats and requirements;
- Implementing workflows and collating, issuing, and receiving documents in accordance with project requirements for the development, review, and approval of design documentation and other procedures;
- Recording document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors, and the project office;
- Recording issues and tracking the location of control documents and drawings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in the related field;
- Solid document control experience within any industry, with infrastructure experience preferred;
- Advanced knowledge of Aconex, TeamBinder, or Incite Keystone would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of project management systems and processes is essential.
