We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentation Specialist to join our Information Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our document control systems, ensuring that all documents are accurately stored, retrieved, and disposed of in accordance with corporate procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient document management systems and processes to support business operations;
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective information management frameworks are implemented;
  • Maintain accurate records of document versions, revisions, and approvals;
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry best practices regarding document control;
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on document management procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in document control and management;
  • Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining document management systems, including electronic document management systems (EDMS) and web-based collaboration systems;
