About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas.
  • Rotate through various areas of the store, including customer service, checkout, and scanning groceries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
