Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to students and other stakeholders. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on TAFE NSW courses and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service and support to students and other stakeholders
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information on TAFE NSW courses and services
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve service delivery goals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience working in a high-volume service sector environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools
