This opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting clients and contractors, and guiding them through the sign-in process. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, coordinating meeting and conference room bookings, and supporting the facilities team with planned and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service to meet client expectations
- Meet and greet clients, contractors, and staff, guiding them through the sign-in process
- Cover the reception desk and maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings
- Support the facilities team with planned and corrective maintenance
- Issue access cards and assist with security processes
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Act as the key point of contact for all event tickets
- Manage office supplies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in concierge, events coordination, hospitality, or related fields
- Friendly and welcoming personality
