This opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting clients and contractors, and guiding them through the sign-in process. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, coordinating meeting and conference room bookings, and supporting the facilities team with planned and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service to meet client expectations
  • Meet and greet clients, contractors, and staff, guiding them through the sign-in process
  • Cover the reception desk and maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings
  • Support the facilities team with planned and corrective maintenance
  • Issue access cards and assist with security processes
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
  • Act as the key point of contact for all event tickets
  • Manage office supplies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in concierge, events coordination, hospitality, or related fields
