Job Overview

A strategic thinker and empathetic leader drives organisational success by focusing on people and culture. This role oversees the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing attraction, retention, development, payroll, industrial relations, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the employee lifecycle including attraction, retention, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding to foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Coordinate and oversee payroll, performance management, succession planning, and remuneration initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide expert advice on employment relations, workplace investigations, and compliance with relevant legislation to mitigate risk.
  • Support the Head of People and Culture in policy development and implementation to drive business excellence.
  • Analyse People and Culture data to inform decision-making and improve the employee experience through targeted interventions.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing People and Culture team across multiple locations to achieve business objectives.
