Employee Experience Partner

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the People & Culture team to enhance employee experiences throughout the entire lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Manage HRIS systems, drive self-service reporting, and ensure accurate people data flows to Payroll.
  • Analyse employee lifecycle and engagement data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and provide insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve employee experience metrics, including ESG.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS systems and deliver reporting to senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR, People Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and survey tools (iChris and/or Workleap experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven stories.
