Employee Experience Consultant

This is a key human resources role within the People & Culture team, responsible for executing all people-related processes efficiently and accurately.
As a consultant, you will join an energetic and fun team who deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice and support to partners, managers, and employees.
The role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR, and who has excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Execute all people-related processes efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice and support to partners, managers, and employees.
- Shape the employee experience through practical, people-first solutions that strengthen our culture and support our teams to thrive.
- A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to your work.
- Experience with an HRMS system would be advantageous.
