About the Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the employee experience as People & Culture Coordinator (or Team Assistant).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the P&C team in delivering an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinating staff workshops, events, and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
  • Assisting with internal communications by drafting engaging content and coordinating updates across platforms.
  • Supporting culture and engagement activities such as breakfasts, social events, and team-building initiatives to foster strong relationships among team members.
  • The role also includes diary management for two executives and travel arrangements to ensure smooth logistics.

Ideal candidates have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR coordination, people operations, or office/culture roles with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural eye for detail and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Due to the hybrid work practice, ideally 4-5 days in the office per week is required for this role, as you will be a key driver of building strong connections across teams and contributing to a positive company culture.
