We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to support our People & Culture function. As a key player in the employee experience, you will work closely with leaders across various departments to ensure seamless coordination of P&C activities.

About the Opportunity

This role involves coordinating staff workshops, events, and wellbeing initiatives, as well as supporting internal communications by drafting content and updating platforms. You will also assist with culture and engagement activities such as team-building initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate staff workshops, events, and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Assist with culture and engagement activities.

Ideally, you will have 3–5 years' experience in HR coordination, people operations, or office/culture roles, with strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In-Office Expectations

This role requires 4–5 days in the office per week due to its critical nature in building strong connections across teams.
