We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

About the Opportunity

The Employee Experience Specialist will collaborate with leaders across various departments to ensure that employee activities are well-coordinated, aligned, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver seamless employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate staff workshops, events, and wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with internal communications by drafting engaging content and coordinating updates across platforms.
  • Support culture and engagement activities such as social events and team-building initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing diaries and arranging travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR coordination, people operations, or office/culture roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

We require a minimum of 4-5 days per week in-office presence to build strong connections across teams.
