The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Culture & Engagement Professional to join our People & Culture team. This role plays a key part in shaping our organisational culture and driving engagement initiatives across the country. We're looking for a professional who can bring their expertise to life.
You will lead the delivery of our employee survey program, partner with stakeholders to embed engagement strategies, and support the implementation of new organisational listening tools. You will also design and deliver initiatives to support the embedding of our organisational culture.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of the employee survey program.
- Partnering with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and drive action planning.
- Supporting the implementation of a new organisational listening platform.
- Design and implement engaging culture initiatives that bring our culture to life.
- Managing vendor relationships and procurement processes for listening tools.
- Providing insights and reporting to senior leaders, regulators, and monitors.
- Contributing to the development of culture, learning, and diversity programs through data and strategic input.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide culture and engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong growth mindset with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms.
- A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
