About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tennis Event Coordinator to join our team at Tennis Australia on a full-time, ongoing basis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all events for Tennis SA in line with national and Tennis SA goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create event-specific collateral for sales proposals, government submissions, and other stakeholder documentation;
  • Assist in the management of key stakeholder relationships and relevant associated documentation;
  • Support in securing and maintaining strategic partnerships and sponsorships critical to Tennis SA's success;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional event planning capabilities, offering comprehensive solutions from trackers to contracts;
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in both one-on-one & group settings;
  • A creative and collaborative approach with a strong ability to negotiate and navigate complexities;

The salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. If you think you're up to the challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
