About the Role

This opportunity exists within our organization, based in Sydney and reporting to the National Manager Independent Groups & Wholesalers. As a national business manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving profitable sales and long-term growth through strategic joint business plans and customer-focused strategies
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at state and national levels to enhance partnerships
  • Maximising customer and category performance while optimizing trade revenue
  • Fostering collaboration across internal teams for seamless execution
  • Representing equity and principal partner brands to drive profitable results aligned with business and customer objectives
Key Responsibilities

The national business manager will lead the customer joint business plan, engaging all stakeholders to drive aligned growth strategies. This includes managing the customer scorecard, tracking performance, and implementing action plans to address challenges. Additionally, the national business manager will oversee brand owner relationships, ensuring timely customer reviews and execution of action plans. Key stakeholders include internal teams involved in product development, marketing, and sales.
