Event Coordinator Role Overview:

This position requires coordinating technical crew and managing logistical equipment for events.

Main Responsibilities:

Crew Management:

  • Scheduling and booking internal and freelance crew members for all projects and events
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of crew availability, skills, and certifications
  • Managing crew timesheets and work reports for payroll and billing purposes

Logistics and Equipment Coordination:

  • Collaborating with clients and the warehouse team on AV equipment allocation, preparation, and transport
  • Coordinating freight with the warehouse to ensure gear is prepped and loaded on time

Communication, Administration, and Reporting:

  • Working with Account Managers to manage client services and event logistics
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
