Project Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and projects. You will be responsible for managing technical crews, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and booking crew members for events and projects.
- Maintaining up-to-date databases of crew availability, skills, and certifications.
- Coordinating travel and onsite logistics for crew members.
- Managing crew timesheets and work reports for payroll and billing.
- Recruiting new crew members to maintain a skilled and diverse team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Initiative and independence to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required.
