Project Coordinator Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced event management environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion.
  • Delegate Management: Coordinate delegate registration, manage queries, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Program Support: Liaise with speakers, manage abstract submissions, and ensure program details are accurate.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of event experience (conferences a bonus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work under pressure and think creatively.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours.
