Job Role: Event Project Coordinator

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to extend beyond the contract period. Our workplace is a positive, inclusive environment where employees genuinely like each other.

  • Liaise with various stakeholders including suppliers and team members
  • Support event project delivery, including festival and activation coordination
  • Manage logistics and operational plans for multiple projects
  • Scope event elements to ensure optimal outcomes for clients
  • Attend events and assist with on-site operations as required
  • Create project briefs, schedules, and run sheets, and collate project materials

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in events or experiential marketing
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Passion for music and entertainment
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a keen ability to build relationships
