**Job Overview**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing feasibility concepts for multiple sites. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will enable you to maintain design intent through all project stages.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and present feasibility concepts for 30 different sites.
  • Support the Design Manager in achieving project goals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through effective liaison and communication.
  • Review and coordinate architectural documentation throughout all project stages.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory codes and standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

You must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant postgraduate work experience with a high level of demonstrated competency.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, Autocad, and Enscape.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
